Returns and Returns Form

If you change your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 14 days, in its original condition with proof of purchase, completing the returns form that was sent with the item. If you have lost the returns form please contact us via email, contact@cheshiretime.co.uk, or telephone 01625 250851.

By original condition we mean that the product has not been used; all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
 

Return Instructions and Return Costs

Please return to Cheshiretime Ltd, 51 Sunderland St, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 6HN ensuring the item is sent via a Royal Mail tracked or signed service. It is the customer's responsibility for any loss until received by Cheshiretime Ltd.

All costs relating to the return of the item if you have changed your mind is the responsibility of the customer. If returning the item due to the wrong item being sent or a faulty product, the postage cost of return will be covered by Cheshiretime Ltd.
